We are hiring a People Experience Strategist who will lead HR, team performance, and high-end business concierge services (we’re taking executive assistance to the modern era) for Baker Street and its clients.

What You'll Own:

✅ HR & Team Optimization – Oversee hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
✅ Business Concierge Services – Ensure founders & teams operate efficiently without distractions.
✅ Irregulars & Private Retreats Execution – Plan Baker Street’s invite-only mastermind retreats & one-day events. Potential expand to managing client invite-only events.
✅ Founder Optimization – Help create and manage The Founder Fitness Program (tbd).
