Will accommodations be included in the registration fee?

No, but take a look at our event landing page here! We do have a special event rate so best book there.

Are meals included?

All meals and beverages will be provided. Any special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance. Please contact Ben if you forgot to mention it during registration.

What is the agenda for the meetings?

Can I bring a guest?

No. But you can reach out to Ben to suggest additional invitees.

How can I network with the other attendees?

Engage during sessions, meals, and informal activities. Use breaks to connect with others.

Can I drive to Kananaskis?

Yes, there is an outdoor parking lot and an underground parking lot. Parking is included; however, we request you inform Ben which parking lot you’d like to choose as well as your vehicle description and licence plate number so arrangements can be made prior to your arrival.

What if I can’t attend after registering?

Please notify Ben as soon as possible, as there may be waitlists or adjustments needed. We request that all cancellations be made prior to December 1, 2024 for a full refund. After the cut-off date, if we’re unable to replace your spot, 50% of your admission will be used to accommodate hotel harm costs. Will there by any follow-up resources after the event?

No. What happens in Kananaskis stays in Kananaskis. Hopefully you leave with memories and a stronger network.

Will there be speakers or panel discussions?

Yes, we will feature fellow attendees and a possible special guest discussing various entrepreneurial topics.

Can I pitch my business idea?

Not as a session nor during sessions. Acceptable during private conversations.

What time should I book my flights so I can make the shuttle?

Exact details are being worked out, but please try to arrive Thursday mid day and schedule your departure for Sunday morning.

What is the Private Fireside event?

This exclusive event invites you to gather around a cozy bonfire at the resort, enjoying drinks, s’mores and conversation together.

What can I do on during my leisure time?
